Hemp Kettle Corn

Popcorn is proooooobably one of our favorite shnacks. And we're quite sure we've paired it with a glass or wine a time or two, and called it dinner. When it comes to popcorn, it just needs to crunch.

But when we're talkin' K E T T L E C O R N ?

We want it salty + sweet and for it to count as dinner a n d dessert : )

We know what you're thinking. "KeTtLe cOrN aT HoMe? But I've only ever bought it from the guy under the tent at the fair, or the festivals, or the farmer's markets!" We love that you support other small business! But in the meantime, this is a delicious way to use your Hemp Sugar in a tasty snack at home. Bring the salt and #bringthesugar.

Get These:

1 c popcorn kernels

3 T coconut oil

1 T MORTAR + KUSH Refined Hemp Sugar

1 T sugar

1/4 tsp salt

Do This:

Melt the coconut oil over medium - high heat in a 4-5 qt pot

Add 1 kernel, cover and vent lid until you hear it P O P !

Remove lid and add remaining kernels, sugar + salt

Stir to coat, and and spread to juuuuust cover the bottom of pot

Cover and vent lid then gently shake shake shake! Shake yo popcorn!

Continue shaking 2-3 mins over heat until popping slows

Remove pot from heat and leave covered until popping stops

Snack on it + store whatever leftovers you may happen to have in an airtight container
