...this oatmeal + blueberry bake can be thrown together the night before BUT it IS easy enough to whip up last minute, too. [insert wink, that's more our speed...we like options].
Serve in a bowl with a bit o' milk, or straight up eat a slice with a fork.
Either way, don’t forget to #bringthesugar because you do... you bring the sugar. We know it.
Get All The Things: 2 c old fashioned oats [instant is not recommended for this, you can thank us later] ¾ c vanilla almond milk 1 c unsweetened applesauce 2 eggs 3 T brown sugar 1 T MORTAR + KUSH Raw Hemp Sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 ½ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp salt ¼ - ½ c chopped walnuts or pecans 2 c blueberries [frozen and thawed is OK if you're a busy boss babe trying to eat #fresh and #clean] Do All The Things: Mix all ingredients [except blueberries] in bowl Spread half the oat mixture in prepared 9x9 pan Top with half of the blueberries and the other half of oat mixture Smooth the top and add remaining blueberries [and extra nuts if you’d like!] Let sit on the counter while oven warms to 350 and you pour another mimosa
**We just saw a mimosa shot-gun that includes a bottle of OJ and a bottle of you guessed it, champs. We don't judge! Bake 35 mins or until set, then let rest 5 mins before serving/eating with pure joy on ya face
