These BLONDies Have More Fun

We're FALL-ing for these Pumpkin Blondies.

And honestly, we're a little basic with all the pumpkin things goin' on over here, but we're not even mad. We're just here bringing you yet another bomb ass fall dessert, that you're gonna want to make and share with others. Because when you #bringthesugar you're already ahead of the game.


1 c butter

1 1/4 c + 3 T light brown sugar

1 T MORTAR + KUSH Raw Hemp Sugar

1 egg

1 T pumpkin pie spice

1 T vanilla extract

1 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp baking powder 1 c pumpkin puree 2 1/4 c AP flour 2 c white chocolate chips 1/2 c chopped pecans, optional


(Time to get fancy here with this first step, but fear not! It's simple and worth it.)

Melt butter in sauce pan on medium heat; bring to a boil. Continue boiling + swirling butter in pan until the color changes like the leaves on the trees, to a dark amber. Remove from heat and let cool 20 mins.

Combine cooled butter + sugars.

Add ingredients -- egg through flour -- and mix until smooth.

Add in flour and re-mix to fully combine.

Stir in white chocolate chips (and pecans, if using).

Spread into a prepared 9x13" pan and bake at 350 F for 30-35 mins, until set.
